Endowus X CNA Money Mind: I Want To Retire Early At 45
Financial strategies for 26-year-old Singaporean Gen Z.
Overview
CNA’s Money Mind explores personal finance, wealth-building, and economic trends across Asia.
CNA approached Endowus for a feature on early retirement among Gen Z investors in Singapore. The interview was an opportunity to share practical financial planning advice and introduce Endowus’ perspective on long-term investing to a younger audience.
The Challenge
The interview needed to answer viewers’ questions about early retirement while building awareness of Endowus. This meant introducing CPF investing as one of its key offerings within a useful discussion of retirement planning, keeping the conversation informative and natural.

The Solution
I worked with the CNA producer to connect young investors’ retirement goals with practical financial planning. My role included:
- Coordinating the interview between CNA and Endowus.
- Aligning talking points with the early retirement theme and Endowus’ messaging.
- Preparing a briefing book with key messages and suggested responses to the producer’s questions.
The briefing book brought together the interview objectives, the producer’s questions, and Endowus’ key messages. It gave our Chief Client Officer a clear structure for discussing goals-based planning, long-term investing, and CPF.
This placed CPF investing within the broader retirement discussion and kept the focus on what young investors needed to know.

The Result
